ATA deal with

1. Sponsor Subject:

The applicant shall live or register in the territory of China, and be the owner of the goods or the person with the independent right to dispose of the goods.

2. Application conditions:

The goods shall be able to be imported in their original state and used in accordance with the international conventions or domestic laws of the provisional importing country / region.

3. Application materials:

Including the application form, the total list of goods, the applicants identification documents.

4. Handling Procedures:

Online account https://www.eatachina.com/ (ATA website). Fill out the application form and the total list of the goods. Submit the application materials and await the review. After passing the audit, submit the guarantee according to the notice and get the ATA document book.

5. Handling Time limit:

Online application materials shall be pre-examined within 2 working days, and ATA documents shall be issued within 3 to 5 working days after the approval.

6. Acceptance time:

Weekdays 9:00-11:00 am, 13:00-16:00 PM.

7.Guarantee fee:

The form of guarantee can be a deposit, a letter of guarantee from a bank or insurance company or a written guarantee approved by CCPIT.

The guarantee amount is generally 110% of the total amount of import taxes of goods. The maximum period of the guarantee is 33 months from the date of issuance of the ATA document book. Guarantee amount = gross goods guarantee rate.
